Jambar (JAMBAR) is the controller of data collected on this site. Contact: jambarworld@gmail.com.

Data we collect

Newsletter: email address, only if you subscribe and consent.

Orders: identity, contact details, shipping address and payment data, collected by Shopify at checkout.

Cart: a necessary cookie stores your cart id.

Analytics: Vercel Analytics, only if you accept non-essential cookies.

Purposes and legal bases

Contract: order fulfilment, delivery, customer service.

Legitimate interest: site security, fraud prevention, remembering a cart.

Consent: newsletter and audience measurement. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Recipients

Shopify (orders and payments), Vercel (hosting and, if accepted, analytics), Neon (newsletter storage). They act on JAMBAR’s behalf within their roles.

We do not sell your data. Some providers may process data outside the EU (including the United States), under their standard contractual clauses where applicable.

Retention

Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Orders: as needed for commercial management, then archived for legal (including accounting) duties.

Cart: for the duration of the shopping session, according to the cookie lifetime.

Your rights
