Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern distance sales made through this website by Jambar, Société par actions simplifiée (SAS) with a share capital of 200,00 €, registered 108 681 792 R.C.S. Paris, registered office 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris (the “JAMBAR”), to consumers (individuals acting outside a professional capacity).

Placing an order implies acceptance of the terms in force on the order date.

2. Products

Products are pieces from the JAMBAR collection (apparel). Photos and descriptions are indicative. Stock is limited; items marked sold out or “jambarisé” are no longer available.

Composition is stated on each product page. As a rule: 95% cotton, 5% elastane, unless otherwise specified.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, including VAT. Shipping costs are displayed before you confirm the order.

Shipping within France métropolitaine: 5,90 €. Free from 80 €. Dispatch: 3 to 10 business days.

Prices may change at any time. The applicable price is the one shown when you order.

4. Order and payment

Orders are placed on this site and completed on the Shopify checkout. The contract is formed when payment is accepted.

Payment methods are those offered at Shopify checkout (card and, where available, wallets). Payment is processed securely by Shopify.

JAMBAR may refuse an order in case of a prior dispute, an obvious pricing error, or suspected fraud.

5. Delivery

Deliveries are made in France métropolitaine. Other destinations, if enabled, will be shown at checkout.

Dispatch takes 3 to 10 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, subject to availability, from payment confirmation.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you take physical possession of the goods.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without giving a reason.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags attached. Returns that cannot be resold may be refused.

To withdraw, send an unambiguous statement to jambarworld@gmail.com. Return shipping is at your expense unless JAMBAR made an error or the item is defective.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of shipment), via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

7. Legal warranties

Independently of withdrawal, JAMBAR is liable for lack of conformity under the French Consumer Code and for hidden defects under the Civil Code.

The legal conformity warranty runs for two years from delivery. You may choose repair or replacement, subject to cost conditions in the Consumer Code.

8. Consumer mediation

Médiateur à désigner. Under the French Consumer Code, if a dispute is not resolved after a written complaint to JAMBAR, you may use a registered consumer mediator free of charge.

9. Personal data

Data used for orders, delivery and, where applicable, the newsletter is processed as described in the privacy policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, the competent French courts shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
